Carne Asada Tacos + Acar

Ingredients 

  • 4 Tbsp Nan Yang Delight Acar, roughly chopped

  • ½ lb carne asada

  • 4 corn tortillas

  • ½ white onion, finely chopped

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

  • 2 Tbsp crumbled cotija or queso fresco

Instructions

  1. Cook the carne asada over high heat until nicely charred. Slice thin.

  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan.

  3. Fill tortillas with carne asada, then top with onion, avocado, and a spoonful of Acar.

  4. Finish with cheese and cilantro.
