Carne Asada Tacos + Acar
Ingredients
4 Tbsp Nan Yang Delight Acar, roughly chopped
½ lb carne asada
4 corn tortillas
½ white onion, finely chopped
½ avocado, sliced
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp crumbled cotija or queso fresco
Instructions
Cook the carne asada over high heat until nicely charred. Slice thin.
Warm the tortillas in a dry pan.
Fill tortillas with carne asada, then top with onion, avocado, and a spoonful of Acar.
Finish with cheese and cilantro.
