Acar dip
Ingredients
1 cup Nan Yang Delight Spicy Acar (lightly drained)
1 cup Labneh
3 scallions
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
Optional toppings: chili oil, toasted sesame seed, cilantro
Instructions
Thinly slice garlic and fry until crispy.
Roughly chop scallion stalks and finely chop green parts.
Add Acar, Labneh, 1/2 of the crispy garlic, scallion stalks, soy suace, and sesame oil to a blender. Pulse for a few seconds.
Transfer to a bowl and finish off with the rest of the crispy garlic and scallions.
Serve with chips, crackers, toasted baguette, or veggie sticks.
