Acar dip

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup Nan Yang Delight Spicy Acar (lightly drained)

  • 1 cup Labneh

  • 3 scallions

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • ½ tsp sesame oil

  • Optional toppings: chili oil, toasted sesame seed, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice garlic and fry until crispy.

  2. Roughly chop scallion stalks and finely chop green parts.

  3. Add Acar, Labneh, 1/2 of the crispy garlic, scallion stalks, soy suace, and sesame oil to a blender. Pulse for a few seconds.

  4. Transfer to a bowl and finish off with the rest of the crispy garlic and scallions.

  5. Serve with chips, crackers, toasted baguette, or veggie sticks.
